MR. CLEAN'S CARPET CLEANING PROCESS
- PRE-VACUUMING: Removes any dirt before cleaning begins.
- PRE-INSPECTION: Identifies carpet type and specific trouble spots. Knowing the correct pH of the carpet is crucial for optimal cleaning.
- PRE-CONDITIONING / PRE-SPRAY: Applies a solution to break down dirt and oils.
- AGITATION: Uses a carpet brush or orbital machine to work the solution deep into the fibers.
- HOT WATER EXTRACTION & RINSE: Injects pressurized hot water and immediately vacuums it out to remove dirt and residue.
- PH BALANCING RINSE: Ensures no sticky soap residue is left behind, which prevents the carpet from getting dirty again quickly.
- POST INSPECTION: Carpet Grooming: Using a “carpet rake” to lift the pile, which helps it dry faster and look uniform.
THIS PROCESS INSURES THERE WILL BE NO MISTAKES LIKE:
- OVERWETTING CARPETS: Leads to mold or shrinkage.
- EXCESSIVE DETERGENT: Leaves a sticky residue.
- IMPROPER AGITATION: Damages fibers.
- IMPROPER CHEMICALS: Damages fibers.
